A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking for a Program Transformation Manager - Markets Treasury. Position is 100% remote - EST hours, with flexibility to work off hours for important meetings. The contract duration is 12-18 months with possible extension. *W2 only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support a global project in Markets Treasury supporting the Head of Transformation for Markets Treasury.

The need is in Markets Treasury to lead a project globally. The driver for this project is a change in regulation that has been introduced in the US that has extra jurisdictional implications. The regulation takes effect during 2025 and 2026. This is a Global project and the person will need to manage governance in partnership with leadership. There is no IT delivery, more due diligence and getting things signed off on the business side with stakeholders. There is a lot of business/stakeholder management, so this person will need to be able to speak with a broad set of business stakeholders to lead the delivery. This person will be the program manager delivering to these specific units who will then take the messages outward. This person will also be responsible for running a governance forum and lead global calls to manage touchpoints.
