Chief Operating Officer

In collaboration with the leadership team, the Chief Operating Of

f

icer (COO)

is responsible for the overall administration, management and organizational

planning of Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (Congregation). The

COO assists with implementing the congregations mission, values and goals, and is

responsible for the overall administration of the Congregation Charitable Trust.



A Masters Degree is preferred with a strong

f

inance background and a minimum

of seven (7) years of experience in an executive management position with a strong

operations background and supervisory responsibility. Solid

f

inancial, technical

and administrative skills are required, along with familiarity with investment

management,

f

inance and budget management. Non-pro

f

it, religious experience

is preferred.
