Hobby Lobby is seeking an experienced retail co-manager to lead our team and drive business success. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
  
• Make sound decisions to drive store operations and improve customer experience
  
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  
  
  Requirements
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a big box environment
    
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth
    
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
    
  • Willingness to relocate for the right opportunity
