Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to support
the GTM organization and provide actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with GTM Leadership to provide financial insights and
strategic analyses
Lead ARR Forecasting by analyzing customer-level trends and
pipeline data
Ensure Budget Discipline by overseeing budget planning and
management for the GTM organization
Required Qualifications
7+ years in a highly analytical role within Finance, Consulting, or
Operations, including 3 years in management
Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is
preferred
Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency in analyzing
complex datasets
Familiarity with GTM efficiency metrics such as LTV:CAC and payback
period
Experience with SQL, Salesforce, and Adaptive Planning is a
plus
