Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager Lead to
oversee and guide a team while managing high-impact technical
programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Technical Program Managers to
foster a culture of continuous improvement
Lead a portfolio of high-priority technical programs, including
planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program
objectives align with business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Demonstrated success managing and mentoring teams of Technical
Program Managers or similar roles
Extensive experience leading technical programs and managing a
portfolio of high-impact projects
Deep understanding of agile methodologies and familiarity with
waterfall methodologies
Skilled in using advanced tools like Jira or Linear for program
management
