Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capital Planning and Investment
Control Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Portfolio Management of Capital Planning and Investment
Control within the Information Security Center
Develop and implement processes to improve Investment score ratings
and support CPIC reporting
Facilitate continuous improvement of Agency-level processes related
to CPIC, EVM, and Risk Management
Required Qualifications
Strong professional experience with Capital Planning and Investment
Control (CPIC), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Management
in a federal environment
Familiarity with the Risk Management Process and risk
identification
Highly skilled in MS Excel
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience supporting federal finance programs, specifically
non-DOD agencies
