Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Employee Engagement,
Equity & Social Impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, including
onboarding and recognition programs
Analyze employee feedback and DEI data to identify trends and
develop targeted interventions
Oversee the Employee Resource Group program and create an internal
DEI programming calendar
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in employee engagement initiatives or
related support for a remote workforce
Expertise in innovative communication methods to engage
employees
Strong project management skills with end-to-end lifecycle
oversight experience
Experience using data to gather insights and measure engagement
strategies
Ability to drive initiatives that reinforce company values and
support an inclusive work environment
