Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Projects to
drive initiatives that enhance implementation and user engagement
in education.
Key Responsibilities
Design and lead high-priority experiments to improve implementation
and impact
Play a leading role in the strategic planning process, setting
goals and target metrics
Define and manage cross-functional initiatives that align with
long-term strategic priorities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm,
preferably in education or nonprofit
Proven track record of managing multiple complex workstreams with
autonomy
Experience leading teams and providing coaching and feedback
Strong foundation in data analysis and strategy execution
Experience in change management and guiding teams through
transitions
