Join our team as an Assistant General Manager at a new, dual-concept restaurant in Midtown Manhattan.

We're a passionate team behind Golden Diner, achieving national acclaim and recognition from top organizations and publications. Our new project is located next to Rockefeller Center, with a space that can seat 200 guests. The ground floor offers a high-quality Korean pub concept with novel bar foods, while the basement level features a Korean raw bar and steakhouse concept with a Korean American twist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant service and FOH team.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Implement effective FOH systems and protocols.
• Exemplify good hospitality and guide the team to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a safe and healthy facility by following Department of Health and other regulations.
