A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Artificial
Intelligence - Machine Learning Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the
AI/ML platform for large-scale model training and deployment
Optimize the efficiency and resilience of various stages of the ML
workflow
Mentor a team of 20+ engineers and collaborate with internal teams
to meet their needs
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in AI/ML infrastructure with a track record
in managing large-scale projects
8+ years of experience leading technical teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Deep understanding of AI/ML lifecycle management and
high-performance computing
Strong leadership skills with experience in multi-functional team
management
