With 1,500 units ready for operation and an additional 1,500 in development, this role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company's vision for growth in the New York Tri-State area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience navigating New York's real estate landscape, including compliance, leasing, team building, and market strategy.Responsibilities Include:

• Lead operations for the New York division, ensuring the successful management of a growing portfolio.
• Oversee lease-up operations, focusing on efficient occupancy and revenue generation.
• Build and manage high-performing teams, including leasing, property management, and marketing staff.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for expansion, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Ensure all properties meet regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with New York laws.
• Collaborate with leadership on market strategies, business development, and project execution.
