Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Program
Execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and organizational oversight across major CPE
initiatives, including IRA implementation and system upgrades
Ensure leadership alignment and provide updates on program
progress, priorities, and risks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective
communication and resource allocation
Required Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 4 years, Master's degree and 8 years, or
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience
At least 4 years of experience managing people or leading teams and
projects
Strong experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional
programs
Expertise in managing initiatives related to system upgrades or
business transformations
