Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Program
Management (PMO).
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy, planning, monitoring, governance, and control in
implementing large-scale enterprise applications
Define and manage the Master Project Plan using a hybrid
agile/waterfall methodology while ensuring timely completion of
deliverables
Lead end-to-end project/program management throughout the software
development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program
Manager with large teams and complex projects
Extensive experience (10+ years) with Oracle ERP and/or Salesforce
CRM, CPQ, and Billing
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
Preferred certifications include Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, Project
Management Professional (PMP), and Agile certifications
Demonstrated strong leadership skills and commitment to results and
task completion
