Job Description:

Classic bakery items and freshly brewed coffee and teas are prepared daily at Daily Provisions. Made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and seasonal sides are served in the afternoon and evening, alongside comforting dishes like slow-roasted Roast Chicken and cocktails, wine, and beer.The Manager works closely with the General Manager and Front of House and Back of House teams. They collaborate with other Managers to ensure consistent phenomenal service and support the team to create a great experience for guests and employees.The Manager will:

• Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to support business objectives and growth.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations.
• Be a champion of Enlightened Hospitality for guests, ensuring a great experience.
• Maintain store excellence and cleanliness, with proper inventory and staff knowledge of CGS.
• Support FOH&BOH staff and participate in the cycle of service as needed.
• Remain current with HR practices and policies, holding employees accountable and evaluating disciplinary procedure when necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely Payroll process and DOL/Health Department compliance.
• Provide feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind, ensuring growth and development opportunities.
• Consistently look for internal and external opportunities to build the team.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.We are looking for:
  • 2+ years management experience in a similar environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder.
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred.We offer:
