Technical Business Relationship Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Business Relationship Manager responsible for managing a value-focused portfolio and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee value stream portfolio management to ensure initiatives align with strategic objectives
Develop expertise in the assigned business domain to identify opportunities for improvement
Facilitate collaboration across multiple value streams to optimize resources and efforts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Agile certifications preferred
7+ years of experience in business relationship management or similar roles, ideally in a technology-focused environment
Strong knowledge in multiple portfolio domains and experience in portfolio management
Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and familiarity with Jira is a plus
Proven leadership ability to motivate and facilitate cross-functional teams
