A company is looking for a Director of Sales Management to lead

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with
company objectives
Lead and mentor a diverse sales team to meet and exceed revenue
targets
Oversee the development of pricing models and go-to-market
strategies based on market needs
Required Qualifications
10+ years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a consultative
sales environment
Proven track record of scaling a mid-size organization to
significant revenue goals
Experience in building effective sales strategies and compensation
plans
Advanced proficiency in CRM tools and business intelligence
applications
Experience in leading and developing sales teams, including
performance management
