Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Risk and Compliance to lead
compliance and risk programs related to payment facilitation and
corporate compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the merchant due diligence and underwriting process, ensuring
compliance with risk appetites
Conduct oversight of merchant activity and monitor adherence to
compliance requirements
Support the implementation and management of privacy and compliance
programs across the organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of risk management experience with a focus on payments
Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited institution
Knowledgeable about AML, BSA, and OFAC regulations
Experience with due diligence tools and familiarity with state
privacy laws
Ability to operationalize compliance and privacy laws and devise
pragmatic solutions
