Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Director of Operations, Crypto.

Key Responsibilities

Lead US and Bahamas spot exchange operations and manage the internal trading desk
Build and manage a globally distributed team providing 24/5 service coverage
Engage with customers, resolve trade differences, and maintain relationships with liquidity providers and vendors

Required Qualifications

Experience in middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange
Proven ability to manage a customer service-focused team
Professional trading experience in cryptocurrency
Knowledge of US crypto regulations
Experience in a SOC 1/2 Type 2 certified environment (preferred)
