A company is looking for a Senior Manager, UX Design.
Key Responsibilities
Understand product strategies to effectively staff initiatives and
analyze their long-term impact on UX staffing
Collaborate with development teams and product managers to
translate business goals into actionable UX strategies
Determine research needs to understand user behavior and goals,
while improving cross-functional processes
Qualifications/Requirements
Experience with enterprise software solutions
Strong strategic mindset and experience leading design teams
Excellent visual and interaction design skills
Ability to build alignment and collaboration across diverse
stakeholders
Working knowledge of Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
