• Responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies and programs to ensure best-in-class Customer Experience and drive Customer Satisfaction across our marketplace business.Core Functions include:
  • Design and build reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
  • Data mining including heavy text mining for gaining insights from text.
  • Generate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations, leading to the implementation of initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally within partner teams (including Business Intelligence, Customer Care, Customer Experience, Business Units).Location: Hoboken, New JerseyJob Type: ContractSalary: $43.33 - $53.33 per hourWork Hours: 8am to 5pmEducation: BachelorsResponsibilities:What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
    • Day-to-day responsibilities include working with internal and external partners in recommending and performing analysis that help drive supplier narratives. Team members are also responsible for project managing innovation initiatives.Qualifications:
      • Experience Level: Experienced
      • Minimum 3 years of experience
