Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Guide analytic projects and advocate for data-driven solutions
Manage staff, oversee performance, and facilitate professional
development
Develop and maintain reporting prioritization processes and train
internal partners on analytics tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
10+ years of experience in healthcare and/or analytics
8 years of management experience in data management or
analytics
5 years of experience with healthcare data and analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
