Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Service Operations (Back
Office).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for the Back Office team,
coordinating with various stakeholders
Oversee BPO performance reviews and provide guidance to ensure
consistency and scalability
Monitor productivity and assist in motivating the BPO team to meet
performance goals
Required Qualifications
Experience in the travel industry
Extensive knowledge of Sabre or Amadeus and NDC content
Proven project management experience
Strong leadership background in a BPO environment
Familiarity with call center structures and vendor management
