Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a global team of talent acquisition
professionals
Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives to attract top
talent
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment effectiveness and
enhance processes
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years
in a leadership role
Experience in a technology-enabled services recruiting
environment
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes
Familiarity with international hiring practices and labor laws
Proficiency in using recruiting software and managing recruitment
metrics
