A company is looking for an Associate Director of Business Development to drive growth and impact within the pharma and biotech sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development and sales growth strategies to secure new and existing clients
Build relationships with key decision-makers and align solutions with customer needs
Translate market insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and profitability

Required Qualifications

3+ years in business development or sales, preferably in the Life Sciences industry
Strong business acumen and networking expertise
Proven track record of driving growth and inspiring teams
Proficient in planning, forecasting, and pipeline development
Ability to excel in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
