Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Security Operations to
lead their Security Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a SecOps strategy aligned with organizational
goals and compliance requirements
Oversee daily security operations, ensuring the effectiveness of
SecOps tools and incident response processes
Enhance threat detection through automation and stay current on
emerging threats
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related
field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in security operations, with at least 3+
years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of security technologies, including SIEM, SOAR,
and cloud security platforms
Experience leading incident response efforts and managing
large-scale security events
Hands-on experience with automation tools and familiarity with
compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS and GDPR
