Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to develop and refine corporate strategy, aligning growth initiatives with business priorities
Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships, M&A opportunities, and new market/product expansion initiatives
Drive high-impact projects that address complex strategic challenges or emerging opportunities

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
5-8+ years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field
Experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, pharmacy, or digital pharmacy strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to execute strategic initiatives, including partnerships, M&A, and market expansion
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
