You will champion automation of functional and technical processes and bring your expertise to drive innovative solutions.General Responsibilities:

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
• Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
• Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results.
• Continually research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
• Build & maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
• Primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issuesBasic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management)
  • At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
  • At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports -Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration
    • Experience working in an agile delivery environment
    • Workday or Workday Pro certifications (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking or Performance Management)
    • 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting
    • 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using existing Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB's)At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
