Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Privacy Engineer responsible for
designing and implementing privacy protections for personal and
healthcare data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions to ensure compliance with privacy
policies and legal data use
Collaborate with data product development teams to integrate
privacy features from the initial stages of development
Conduct regular privacy assessments and identify areas for
improvement in data privacy practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, computer
engineering, information systems, privacy engineering, or related
field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in privacy/data protection
Minimum of 2 years of experience with data privacy principles and
regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
Experience managing healthcare data and conducting data privacy
risk assessments
Familiarity with data protection technologies and controls (e.g.,
encryption, access controls)
