Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Piping Stress Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provides technical direction and supervision to project team
members, ensuring successful project deliverables
Reviews and approves complex calculations and designs, ensuring
technical soundness and compliance with project requirements
Prepares and reviews specifications, bid evaluations, and reports
to ensure clarity and technical accuracy
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics,
Aerospace, or Structural/Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited
program
P.E. license
10 or more years of relevant experience
Extensive knowledge of ASME B31.1 and ASME B&PV Section III
piping codes
Knowledge of pipe supporting elements and commercially available
piping products
