LISC National Programs
The National Programs unit at LISC includes the following programs:
Health, Economic Development, Income and Wealth Building, Child
Care & Early Learning, and Sports & Recreation.
Our unit works to ensure all LISC National Programs are 1)
high-quality, self -sustaining, revenue-producing, 2) partnering
with local offices on fund development, technical assistance, and
sharing of best practices, and 3) supporting high impact in
communities that strive towards racial equity and align with LISC's
mission. We believe that when LISC's National Programs support and
design community-powered local initiatives centered on learning,
and in partnership with local offices and their partners, we will
develop strong national programs which are relevant, respectful,
and resourceful.
Our team is seeking a full time Senior Program Officer to join the
National Programs unit. The Senior Program Officer will work under
the guidance of the Senior Vice President, National Programs to
help drive coordination within the National Programs unit, across
teams at LISC, and to increase the operational efficiencies of
national programs. The ideal candidate has experience in working
cross-functionally, project management, balancing multiple
priorities simultaneously, building strong relationships, and has a
strong understanding of the community development sector.

Compensation
LISC offers a competitive salary ($74,800 - $93,524) and excellent
fringe benefits.
Actual salaries may be based on several factors including, but not
limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work
location and other qualifications.
