Must-haves:

• CLOSERS ONLY, READY TO PITCH LEADS
• FINANCIALLY DRIVEN TO CLOSE DEALS (this is not a customer support role)
• Phone sales and/or call-center experience
• A positive, competitive, and high-energy attitude
• Grit, and ability to handle a high volume of calls
• Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent
• Demonstrate and show empathy towards others effectively
• On-site availability to learn and grow (remote option available for proven high-performers or after hitting performance targets)
• This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, and some Saturday availability.

  • Convert INBOUND leads to customers
  • Present, promote, and offer services using effective questioning and closing techniques.
  • Follow the curated sales script, but with the ability to be persuasive and excitable
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
  • Follow-up with appointments where applicable
  • Ability to close a customer in one-call using our proven methodology
  • Hit and maintain performance standards in a metrics-driven (KPI) environment
  • Provide & educate clients on various financial solutions for debt resolution with knowledge on different financial options for resolving debt.
  • Efficiently manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Diligently update lead notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
  • Ensure and maintain compliance standards during sales transactions

          The pay range for this role is:
