Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Assistance Enrollment Agent
to assist individuals impacted by major disasters in completing
applications for financial assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in the application process for the Financial
Assistance Program
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from
eligible individuals
Engage in customer care to support those affected by disasters
Required Qualifications and Training
Must currently reside in the United States and be legally able to
work
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Must have a laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or
higher
Must provide own equipment and high-speed internet service
