Job Description:

A company is looking for an Engineering Standards Architect to develop and document comprehensive developer guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices
Establish reusable templates and code samples to standardize development
Collaborate with offshore Tech Leads to ensure guidelines are practical and adopted across teams

Qualifications

Over 12 years of experience in software development, particularly with C# and the .NET Framework
Minimum of 4 years in a Technical Architect role focusing on .NET and React technologies
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and performance optimization
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred
