Serve as an internal consultant to marketing and sales as well as cross-functional partners, including delivering actionable analysis, shaping decision-making, and driving organizational action. Play a key role in advising the commercial team in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics, to optimize analytical approaches and increase efficiencies. Co-design and execute integrated analytics which inform marketing and sales strategy and tactics, Partner with Analytics Managers to identify opportunities and design analytical plans. Implement statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and statistical inference, and machine learning techniques such as prediction and clustering to perform in-depth analyses. Support the development of new insights and actionable recommendations to incorporate into decision making. Ensure seamless subnational analytics across key data sources to evaluate business performance and impact of marketing and sales tactics. Deliver performance metrics through automated dashboards, and support monthly delivery of field execution metrics, driving process efficiencies and consistency across specialties. Refresh existing analytics deliverables and develop processes to transition ad-hoc to recurring deliverables and automate recurring deliverables.\r
