Description:We are seeking a meticulous and results-oriented
Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT Data Operations team which
functions to bridge the gap between data sources and data
consumers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for
ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our healthcare data
warehouse. This involves performing in-depth reconciliations,
identifying and resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to improve data quality and operational
efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for
continuous improvement.Skills Required:3 years of experience as a
Business or Data Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry,
with a focus on data management or analytics.Proficiency in SQL for
data querying, analysis, and manipulation.Experience with data
modeling methodologies and their application across diverse data
sources (e.g., transactional, clinical, operational,
financial).Understanding of healthcare reimbursement models,
including value-based care and managed care programs.Prior
experience with reconciliation, financial audits, and revenue
cycles.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen
attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare
Management, or related field (preferred). Key Behaviors: Attention

posting process and develop innovative solutions to improve

knowledge and best practices to contribute to the overall success

overall department efficiency and accuracy. Competencies:Data
Analysis & Interpretation: Collecting, analyzing, and managing data
to support various departments and inform strategic
decisions.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Ability to effectively
identify and solve problems, analyze situations, and make sound
decisions.Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of data
warehousing principles, database concepts, and SQL.Communication &
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical
information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Business
Acumen: Understanding of healthcare business operations, financial
principles, and industry trends.Continuous Learning: A strong
desire to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.
