Apply today!About the role$ Sign on Bonus Eligible $As a Back Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations of industrial systems and equipment associated with Reworld's industrial disposal process.Position Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned operational tasks and inspections utilizing various types of designated industrial equipment and hand/power tools
• Complete routine inspections of assigned equipment and document details in accordance with facility procedures
• Troubleshoot assigned equipment and responsibly report issues and repair requests utilizing defined work order processes and procedures
• Utilize weekly activity books and critical items checklist to perform operational and equipment related function checks
• Safely perform lock-out/tag-out processes of equipment in support of assigned maintenance teams
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operationsPosition Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
  • Must have experience operating heavy industrial equipment
  • Must have the ability to work a rotating shift scheduleTotal Rewards & Compensation:
