Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operational Readiness Analyst
(Process Analyst I) to support fundraising through process analysis
and procedure development.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze standardized
work related to fundraising and marketing
Create and update resources such as procedures, videos, and job
aids for training and communication
Develop and deliver training to support the documentation created
for team members
Required Qualifications
3+ years of education or experience in communication, marketing,
education, process analysis, or a related field
Strong skills in creating engaging resources in written and visual
formats
Technical aptitude for computers, systems, and software
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a
remote environment
Resourceful and adaptable with a proactive approach to learning
