Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Systems Analyst - ServiceNow to
join their IT Service Management Office.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a strategic roadmap
and execute projects and enhancements
Collect requirements and guide the business in designing quality,
scalable solutions
Collaborate with process owners on functional tasks, including
requirements gathering and continuous improvement of
applications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree and ITIL
V3/V4 Certifications preferred
8+ years of experience with SaaS business systems, including at
least 5 years of ServiceNow experience
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL best
practices
Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile, Kanban, and
Scrum
ServiceNow Systems Administration Certification preferred
