Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst to support strategic
goals through comprehensive HR reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide insights
into key HR metrics
Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for
improvement
Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand reporting
needs and deliver actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data
Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Analyst
Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data
analysis techniques
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau
Experience with HRIS applications, with Workday knowledge being a
plus
