Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Analyst responsible for managing
the Customer Relationship Management system and driving solutions
to enhance revenue and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a senior-level system administrator for the Salesforce
Lightning environment
Lead continuous analysis of Salesforce.com platform features and
best practices
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales activity
and revenue
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience
Current Salesforce Certified and Certified Advanced Administrator
Certifications required
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and Salesforce Certified
Business Analyst preferred
Experience in sales with an understanding of sales methodologies
and customer journeys
Hands-on experience with core Salesforce features and
functionalities
