A company is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Advanced
Scheduling/Retail Forecasting Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute UKG Pro WFM implementations tailored to retail
environments
Provide expert guidance on forecasting and scheduling to optimize
workforce management
Collaborate with client teams to ensure seamless integration and
adoption of UKG solutions
Required Qualifications
Proven expertise in UKG Pro WFM with extensive experience in
full-cycle retail project implementations
UKG Pro Retail Forecasting Certification (REQUIRED)
UKG Pro Scheduling Certification (REQUIRED)
Experience in delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with project
goals and timelines
Ability to work remotely and contribute to a dynamic team
