Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Access & Reimbursement (PAR)
Analyst, Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee reporting and data analysis to support patient access
services and strategic planning
Coordinate national team meetings and develop executive
presentations for senior-level reviews
Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance patient access
effectiveness and improve operational processes
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's
degree with 4 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years, or an
Associate's degree with 10 years, or a high school diploma/GED with
12 years of experience in sales, sales ops, and/or marketing
Strategic planning and analytical experience
Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate complex
data into useful insights
Outstanding project management skills and proven ability to drive
cross-functional partnerships
Solid understanding of the US payer environment
