Job Description:

A company is looking for a Stars Business Intelligence Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze member growth and retention impacts on Star Ratings and develop insights for business strategies
Prepare data-driven materials for leadership discussions and communicate findings to non-technical audiences
Collaborate with teams to enhance Stars performance and create executive-level dashboards showcasing key metrics

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
8 or more years of technical experience in data analysis
3+ years of experience in Medicare Advantage, Stars programs, or healthcare analytics
Strong understanding of CMS Star Ratings and Medicare Advantage programs
Advanced experience with big data sets and creating data visualizations
