GGG seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) Document Compliance Coordinator to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain food safety and quality documentation practices. The FSQA Coordinator will support the maintenance of our food safety programs, ensuring compliance with third-party and internal requirements.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage supplier documentation and compliance through TraceGains, ensuring all records are accurate, complete, and up to date. - - - -
• Assist with the completion of customer QA-related forms and questionnaires, ensuring clear and timely communication to fulfill supplier approval requirements. - - - -
• Collect and input data into supplier and quality management systems. - - - -
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure all documents remain up-to-date and compliant with FSMA standards and internal requirements. - - - -
• Assist with onboarding new suppliers in TraceGains. - - - -
• Collaborate in the development of QA compliance programs, as needed.Skills/Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of quality management systems such as TraceGains, Repositrak, FoodLogiQ, and Share-ify is a plus. - - - -
  • 0-2 years of experience in food safety, quality assurance, or an administrative support role preferred. - - - -
