Job Description:
A company is looking for a Restructuring and Special Situations
Advisor (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a portfolio of high-risk or distressed business accounts
and develop recovery plans
Conduct detailed financial analyses to assess clients' capacity to
repay and reorganise
Negotiate restructuring agreements and coordinate with stakeholders
for debt recovery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics,
Accounting, or a related field
10+ years of experience in risk management, corporate
restructuring, or financial analysis
Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA,
CTP) is a plus
Strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks surrounding
corporate restructuring
Ability to leverage a network of industry professionals for
improved recovery outcomes
