A company is looking for a Licensed Agency Experience
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for agent partners regarding
policy inquiries and changes
Process endorsements, cancellations, and updates to agency
information
Serve as a liaison between underwriting and agents to enhance
service delivery
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in insurance sales support or related
services
Experience in a remote call center service environment
Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with
willingness to obtain additional licenses
Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements
Expertise with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and
SharePoint
