Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Project Specialist to
manage customer experience and client implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact for internal teams regarding aging
project backlog
Validate project data with stakeholders to ensure accurate details
and maintain project timelines
Coordinate invoicing requests and manage communications with
cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Up to 1+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing
role
Foundational understanding of Project Management fundamentals and
coordination
1+ years of experience in the multifamily industry (preferred, not
required)
Demonstrated high level of accountability for work
Highly organized and self-motivated with a proactive approach
