Technical Solutions Architect Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for promoting the use of industry and company technology standards. Monitoring emerging technologies and technology practices for potential use within the company is also a key responsibility. The Technical Solutions Architect will design and develop updated infrastructure in support of one or more business processes. Ensuring a balance between tactical and strategic technology solutions is also a crucial aspect of this role.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provides solutions and guidance to industry. Presents to large groups and is an expert at explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detailed documentation on best practices for Access Network and Connectivity, including architecture diagrams, use cases, and implementation guidelines.
• Comprehensive strategy for implementing multi-tenancy, covering isolation models, tenant data management, security considerations, and scalability.
• Conduct workshops or training sessions for the internal team on syndication and multi-tenancy patterns.
• Analysis of the technical feasibility of commercializing the Access Network and Connectivity Syndication business, identifying potential technical challenges and solutions.
• Create a detailed roadmap outlining the necessary technical steps, milestones, and timelines for commercialization.
• Identification of potential technical risks associated with commercialization and development of a mitigation plan.
• A comprehensive blueprint for integrating the Connect system with partners, including high-level and detailed architecture diagrams.
• Design of public APIs with detailed documentation, ensuring they meet industry standards and best practices.
• Documentation of recommended data exchange patterns, including protocols, data formats, and security considerations.
