Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Operations Associate to help
model and improve data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and audit agent, partner, and client health data for
effective tracking and reporting
Utilize BI and Analytics tools to monitor data quality and address
issues proactively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business
complexities and enhance data processes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of operations, consulting, or data experience using
Excel
Technical experience with tools like SQL, Python, or BI tools
Ability to learn new tools and concepts quickly
Experience in following and providing feedback on standardized
processes
Ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into
technical processes
