Our client, a prominent law firm without offices throughout the New York Metro area, has an immediate need for an experienced Land Use & Zoning Associate Attorney, to join their winning team in Newark.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

4-6 years of land use and zoning experience.
Experience presenting applications before municipal and county planning boards and zoning boards.
Significant command of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.
Strong research skills and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with the Redevelopment Law process in New Jersey, including experience negotiating and drafting redevelopment agreements and financial agreements, is a plus.

Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.
